Social Objects

To do the work for the interest of the Officers and Employees from Minority Community (Muslim, Christian, Bouddha, Parsi, Jain and Sikh.) working in Government and Semi Government organizations as well as the Officers and Employees retired from Government and Semi Government organizations, including retired officers-employees retired from Police Service.

To make efforts for development of harmony between the Government and their employees.

To provide legal help to members in respect of the issues arising in service or connected with the employment.

Generally to plan such other necessary measures for improving the social, financial, civil condition of the members.

To felicitate the employees-officers doing commendable/exceptional work in different fields.

To give guidance about service and employments to the educated unemployed.

To celebrate the National festivals for example, 26th January, 1st May, 15th August and to observe birth and death anniversaries of great people / National Leaders.

To give information about Marriage bureaus and to create awareness in that respect amongst employees-officers belonging to minority community

Educational

To establish minority educational institutions with the co-opeartion of the Central and State Government for the purpose of raising the percentage of literacy among the minority communities and to work for the interest of the minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Bouddha, Parsi, Jain, Sikh.).

To start schools, colleges, institutes, guidance centres, to create hostel facilities for the education of children from minority community for its educational upliftment.

To give guidance in respect of schemes for development of Hindi and Marathi languages, to create separate libraries of Hindi and Marathi languages, to establish day/night study classes and libraries of Hindi, Marathi and English languages.

To give guidance for starting Anganwdi, Balwadi, Pre-Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary, Marathi, Hindi and English medium Schools, to start Girls Secondary, Higher Secondary Schools, to establish D.Ed., B.Ed. colleges, to start Nursing Colleges, concerned with medical services, Medical, Engineering, Poly Technique colleges, to help for conducting the same.

To start/give guidance to start Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical School, etc., and to start different degree/diploma colleges.

To start Typing courses, and computer courses and to give guidance in respect of the fields of Information Technology and Management and to start the said colleges fields.

To establish day/night reading rooms, libraries, book shops, study rooms etc.

To give information regarding adult literacy classes, adult literacy propagation, publicity training classes, etc.

To give education to poor and deserving students of minority community, to make their educational and social development, to give guidance in respect of obtaining scholarship and educational assistance, to extend all the help required by them.

To construct boarding Schools, Ashram Schools, resident Ashram Schools etc. for the children of minority communities.

To conduct Ashram Schools and resident Schools for the educational and financial prosperity of the students of Minority communities.

To start Nursing College, B.A.M.S., M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Medical Colleges, Dental Colleges, etc. concerned with Medical services.

To start different degree/diploma colleges.

To establish Colleges giving education of Music, Fine Arts, Physical Education, Military education etc.

To give training of different arts like Computer Training, Fashion Designing, Tailoring etc.

To implement different programmes for giving Spirtual (Children Cultural Centre) education.

To organize different exhibitions, for example, exhibition of photography, Arts Exhibition, Exhibition of ancient and rare items, (antiques) Agriculture exhibitions, etc.

To conduct coaching & guidance centres for the students in respect of different competitions (for example : Maharashtra Public Service Commission, Union Public Service Commission, Military and Police recruitment Training etc.).

To establish Library to make them Available different books, news papers, etc. and to improve the reading culture.

Cultural

To organize Cultural, Social functions and Social Awareness Programme with co-operation and consent of the Central and State Government.

Sports

With the co-operation and consent of the Central and State Government, to support sport policies and give encouragement for sports programmes such as National and International Sports, and give training in Indoor and Outdoor, National and International, Personal and Teams sports, such as Kabbadi, Kho-Kho, Volleyball, Handball, Basket Ball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Base ball, Hockey, Cricket, Swimming, Athletic. Judo, Karate, Kick Boxing, Gymnastic, Archery, Carrom, Snooker, Billiards, Chess etc. all approved and existing games and all types of approved games which are newly introduced to organize practice sessions and competitions, to give encouragement to players and games, to make available scholarships for the players, to make arrangement of playing the game, to send the players to foreign countries for competition and training, to organize camps and to conduct workshops.
