ABOUT BACKGROUND
After Hon'ble Shri. Vilasrao Deshmukh became the Chief Minister for the second time in the year 2006, he proposed through his close friend MLC Hon'ble Kapil Patil Saheb, an idea of forming a Sanghatana for redressal of the injustice being caused to Minority Officers/ Employees..
PROBLEMS FACED BY MINORITY EMPLOYEES
The confidential report of the minority Officers Employees is spoiled intentionally.Though minority Officers-Employees are competent, and though their confidential report are good, opportunity of working on the Executive post is not being given.
PURPOSE OF ASSOCIATION
Minority ministry has been formed for the purpose of development and prosperity of minority community (Muslim, Christian, Jain, Parsee, Sikh, Boudh). Minority commission has been formed redressal of injustice being caused to members of minority community.
SPECIAL THANKS
